We will not take any deposits until puppies are born, Once the puppies are born we require a $300.00 non-refundable deposit. SINCE OUR DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE YOU MUST GET APPROVAL PRIOR TO PLACING THE DEPOSIT WE WILL NOT MAKE REFUNDS! The remaining amount to be paid upon pick up or prior to shipping. Our puppies are introduced to food at 21 days and are ready for new homes by 8 weeks old. We allow the buyers to let the puppies remain with us untill 10 weeks of age then we require a $10.00 a day boarding fee. If the puppies are not picked up by 12 weeks of age (unless scheduled) Puppies will be re-sold and the buyer forfits their deposit. We post weekly updated photos so you can see your puppy grow. We strive to produce Top Quality Lab puppies, so to keep them healthy and free from communicable diseases we will NOT ALLOW anyone on our property to "pick out" or "visit" the puppies this is for their safety NO EXCEPTIONS! if this is something you feel you are not comfortable with then we are not the breeder for you, we would rather loose a sale then our puppies lives.

4. If I had it a little while ago, it's mine.
5. If it's mine, it must never appear to be yours in any way.
6. If I'm chewing something up, all the pieces are mine.
7. If it just looks like mine, it's mine.
8. If I saw it first, it's mine.
9. If you are playing with something and you put it down, it automatically becomes mine.
