AKC Lab puppies property laws:
1. If I like it, it's mine.
2. If it's in my mouth, it's mine.
3. If I can take it from you, it's mine.
4. If I had it a little while ago, it's mine.
5. If it's mine, it must never appear to be yours in any way.
6. If I'm chewing something up, all the pieces are mine.
7. If it just looks like mine, it's mine.
8. If I saw it first, it's mine.
9. If you are playing with something and you put it down, it automatically becomes mine.
10. If it's broken, it's yours.
We will not sell to puppy mills, pet stores, breeders who promote color flaws, or breeders who promote mixes or shipper agents. We reserve the right to cancel any sale, if we feel it is not in the puppies or our Kennel's reputation best interest.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Texas House Bill 1451, which went into effect on September 1, 2011, in an attempt to stop puppy mills. As of right now Labradors and some other breeds are not included in this law as long as they are sold within the exemption this law allows.
We are TX HB 1451 exempt. We will only sell puppies to hunting, competition, working homes OR to be used for a working reason "service dog", if you are not sure if you qualify just ask. We can not sell a puppy to be just a "pet".

We will only accept deposits on the first 3 unborn male and first 3 unborn female puppies (this will be for a first born not a first pick) all remaining puppies will be sold to our waiting list. We require a $300.00 non-refundable deposit made via PayPal no exceptions. You must know which puppy you would like prior to placing a deposit.
Since our deposits are non-refundable you must get approval prior to placing the deposit. We will not issue any refunds.
The remaining amount is due in cash or by PayPal (there is a handling fee with PayPal). We do not take checks or money orders.
While puppies are with me they will be current on shots, wormings, have their dewclaws removed by our vet and be given a coccidia prevention treatment. We will do our best to work with the pups on indoor/outdoor/above ground kenneling, wings, sound, potty training, crate training, and the use of a doggy door.
Our pups prices will increase with age to cover expenses and training.
We will send the buyers weekly updates along with pictures and short video so you can watch your puppy grow. We strive to produce TOP QUALITY LABRADOR PUPPIES AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE! (some breeders have copied our motto) so to keep them healthy and free from communicable diseases we will NOT allow anyone on our property to "visit" "pick out" the puppies, this is for their safety.
If this is something that you are not comfortable with then we are not the breeder for you. We would rather loose a sale then our puppies lives.
