We will not take any deposits until puppies are born, Once the puppies are born we require a $300.00 non-refundable deposit.

SINCE OUR DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE YOU MUST GET APPROVAL PRIOR TO PLACING THE DEPOSIT WE WILL NOT MAKE REFUNDS!

The remaining amount to be paid upon pick up or prior to shipping. Our puppies are introduced to food at 21 days and are ready for new homes at 8 weeks of age.

We allow the buyers to let the puppies remain with us untill 9 weeks of age then we require a $10.00 a day boarding fee. (boarding fee starts the day pups turn 9 weeks old, it doesn't matter if they are getting picked up that day, if they are here there is a fee.)

If the puppies are not picked up by 10 weeks of age (unless scheduled) Puppies will be re-sold and the buyer forfits their deposit.

We email you weekly updated photos so you can see your puppy grow. We strive to produce Top Quality Lab puppies, so to keep them healthy and free from communicable diseases we will NOT ALLOW anyone on our property to "pick out" or "visit" the puppies this is for their safety NO EXCEPTIONS!

IF this is something you feel you are not comfortable with then we are not the breeder for you, we would rather loose a sale then our puppies lives.

we will not sell to puppy mills, pet stores or shipper agents. We reserve the right to cancel any sale and refund the deposit if we feel it is not in the puppies best intrest.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Texas House Bill 1451, which went into effect on September 1, 2011, in an attempt to stop puppy mills. As of right now Labradors and some other breeds are not included in this law as long as they are sold within the exemption this law allows. With this law in mind, by purchasing a puppy from CRUMPLER KENNELS we will assume you have read TEXAS HOUSE BILL 1451 and plan on using the pup for one of the exempt purposes.

For what ever reason you are purchasing a puppy, I'm sure you feel as we do, that they are still part of your family and will be loved just the same.
